Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:
 

Cancellation Period                   Refund Percentage

More than 30 days.                              100%

15-30 days before service                     50%

Less than 15 days                             No Refund
 

In cases of extreme circumstances, such as medical emergencies, Montana Adventures Guide, LLC will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may provide exceptions based on documented proof. We are committed to ensuring that our cancellation and refund policies are fair and transparent, and we strive to minimize the impact on our customers when unforeseen circumstances arise.
